Analytics with the Site To Do Business - September 16

Analytics with The Site To Do Business is designed to help participants apply analysis to their appraisals using the reporting capabilities of the Site To Do Business (STDB).

The estimation of supply and demand is a key component of market analysis and helps deepen the analyst’s understanding of the market in which buyers operate, the ways to measure the future performance of properties in those markets, and the ways to assess the results of the mathematical measures to increase confidence in the results.

The seminar presents a beginning- to intermediate-level discussion of market analysis. Every appraisal report is required to have some level of market analysis to be compliant with USPAP. The first part of the seminar outlines what market analysis is and addresses how and why it is necessary in the appraisal process.

This discussion leads to the introduction of the Site To Do Business (STDB) at the end of Part 1. Although this computer application is the foundation of the seminar, its use is always in the context of developing a credible market analysis and in enhancing the analysis within an appraisal report.
