Position Title: Multifamily Appraiser, Senior
Employer: Freddie Mac
Freddie Mac is recruiting for a senior-level appraiser
for our McLean, Virginia Headquarters, to provide review of third-party
and/or internal appraisal reports on complex multifamily apartment
properties. The incumbent will also compile and manage transactional
and benchmark financial data from third-party vendors and published
sources for use in internal reviews, valuations, and evaluations.
Additional duties will include acting as a consultant to internal
business areas on issues related to property valuation; keeping
abreast of new technical and regulatory changes related to real
estate valuation; design and production of various market reports.
Solutions are innovative, thorough, and practical. Works under
limited direction with tight time constraints. Interacts with
senior personnel on significant technical matters frequently requiring
coordination across organizational lines.
Additional Specifications
- 5 - 7 years experience in narrative commercial real estate
appraisal with identifiable, credible experience appraising
multifamily properties.
- Experience reviewing third-party narrative appraisal reports
preferred.
BA or BS from accredited four-year college is required; Graduate
degree is preferred.
- MAI designation or senior candidacy is preferred.
- At minimum, must be a general certified real estate appraiser

Position Title: State Certified General Appraiser

Two positions open to perform appraisal and related services
on-site at a Federal agency. The candidate will provide professional
guidance on diversified appraisal problems and research, including,
but not limited to leasing, planning, financing, renovation, appraising
